What SideStack is

SideStack is a free tool recommendation service. You tell us about your business or side hustle, and we use AI to generate a personalized list of tools and resources that may be useful for your situation.

SideStack is for informational purposes only. Our recommendations are generated by an AI model based on the information you provide. They do not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or technical advice. You are responsible for evaluating any tool or resource before using it.

Use of the service

You agree to use SideStack only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our recommendation engine or tool database
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests or abuse the service
• Use SideStack for any commercial purpose that competes directly with our service
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of mysidestack.com

We reserve the right to block access for anyone who violates these terms.

Affiliate relationships and compensation

SideStack participates in affiliate programs with many of the tools we recommend. This means we may earn a commission if you click a link on our site and subsequently make a purchase or sign up for a paid plan.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of SideStack shall not exceed zero dollars ($0), as SideStack is provided to you at no charge.

SideStack recommends third-party tools and services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party tool, website, or service. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SideStack shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of SideStack after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
